She is the founder of Live and Breathe Yoga and YogaBody Fort Worth Ashtanga and Yoga Trapeze studio in Fort Worth. In addition to teaching yoga, Bridget works privately with clients prevent and healing injuries both internal and external and chronic pain. I work with all shapes and sizes of students from 300-pound body-builders, 7’ Pro Players, athletes that want to prevent injuries and straighten their mind and body, to the curious bodies that have never done yoga before in their life. REMEMBER YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE! Bridget guides her students in deepening the connection between body and mind, breath and movement, hearth and mind cohesion. She specializes in mind-body discipline and quieting the mind and learning how to work with and understand our nervous system, and functional movement. I’m also a trained nutrition and life coach. I have a 500hr Ashtanga Yoga Degree from Yogabody Spain, Barcelona, I’m an affiliate studio and have a E-200 YTT Certification with the Yoga Alliance as well as a Yoga Trapeze Certification. I have recently opened my own yoga academy and I train yoga teachers all over the world. I'm so excited about teaming up with Zen Den Wellness Center to bring more advanced skills to your trapeze classes, as well as a YTT program right here in Granbury!

I discovered yoga while living in New York City and trying to find a way to stay serene in the midst of so much hectic energy and stress. Exploring the connection between mind and body has changed my life, and now it's my mission to guide people to do the same for themselves. I infuse my teachings with a combination of mindfulness techniques and strength & fitness, and I believe it's this combination that leads to the most full spectrum transformation. I began yoga at a good place in my life.. happy and content... so I thought. When I ended my first yoga class I truly felt restored and glowing. My body released negative energy that had been stored that I wasn’t aware of. It was the first time I really connected to my body, breath, and myself. I started going to multiple classes a day and quickly realized yoga is my passion. I’ve taken the past year to do anything that excited my spirit and helped my grow. It’s been a fun, loving, amazing journey. I will continue learning in January while in Florida to become a 500 RYT. I teach my class at a slower pace so we can focus on your breath, alignment, and fulfill every pose before going to the next. At the end of class you will have time to relax, and let yourself journey through a guided meditation and healing frequencies of sound vibration. My goal is to bring a sense of peace into your heart, mind, and body.
